Homework

Homework will be posted by the morning of the beginning of the school week.  It will list one week’s worth of assignments at a time.

• Math will be in black.

• Social Studies and World Geography will be in green.

• Science will be in red.

• Language Arts will be in blue.

My notes will include any upcoming due dates as well as important dates to remember.

Mrs. Pendleton was born and raised in Ocala, Florida. While attending Florida State University she worked for the College of Business as both an Assistant to the Professors and a tutor. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Art History, she returned to Ocala to start her career with Taylor, Bean and Whitaker as Marketing and Special Projects Manager. Since then she has owned her own consulting firm, developed and maintained several large scale websites and been a Financial Specialist and Assistant Branch Manager with Regions Bank.

Her passion for education began many years ago while she attended various schools in Marion County. She tutored and volunteered over the years with both public and private schools. She began pursuing a career in education a few years ago and is thrilled to be joining the Hale team as both the 5th grade teacher and webmaster.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing softball at First Baptist Church, swimming, reading, volunteering and photography.
